Our existing NFT-Holders are our early champions of the project. Your support since inception has meant a lot to us. We’re truly grateful! That’s why, we’ve drawn up some exciting plans just for you.
We’re sure you have some questions about how you fit in Fitmint 2.0. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
What’ll happen to the old gameplay?
Our new gameplay is so intuitive, user-oriented & easy-to-use that we can't wait for you to try it out. But, as we’re still delivering things in the pipeline, that’ll take some time. Designing several assets and avatars does take time, unfortunately.
- Until the new gameplay is released, the older gameplay will continue in the same manner as it is right now. Once the Fitmint 2.0 is released, however, it will replace the older one.
- Additionally, we intend to stop acquiring new users for the old gameplay. For this reason, we’ll be removing the ‘Marketplace’, ‘Crafting’ & ‘Staking’ features, from both web & app by this week.
- You’ll be able to un-stake your FITT, without any penalties, any time you like before it happens. If you fail to do so, the FITT will automatically be un-staked your FITT and transferred to your wallet.
Will I be able to earn FITT tokens in the new gameplay?
No, you will not be earning any FITT tokens in the new gameplay once it is launched. However, until the current gameplay is live on the app, you will be earning the FITT tokens in the same manner as you are doing right now.
But don’t worry! There is an awesome surprise below…
What happens to our NFTs - OG Basics & MG Glides?
This question has been on our minds as well, since the time we’ve been discussing this internally. As you have been our biggest supporters, our new direction is in a way that you continue to be valued Fitminters.
- For this, we’re introducing an exclusive ‘NFT Pass’. which you’ll be able to mint by burning your Sneakers.
- The maximum number of these passes will be the same as the existing number of OG & MG Sneaker NFTs minted so far which is about ~15000 and that makes it the rarest NFT in the game!
- For each Sneaker that you hold, you’ll be able to claim 1 ‘NFT Pass’. So, if you have 3 OG Basics and 1 MG Glides, you’ll be able to claim a total of 4 Passes.
- Wait, there’s more! On top of these Passes, we will be dropping Mystery Boxes at the time of Fitmint 2.0 launch. They will contain category specific assets depending on the level of your Sneaker.
- Level 50: G.O.A.T. Assets
- Level 41 - 49: Olympian Assets
- Level 31 - 40: Champion Assets
- Level 21 - 30: Pro-Athlete Assets
- Level 11 - 20: Athlete Assets
- Level 1 - 10: Challenger Assets
- Level 0: Rookie Assets
- For each NFT Pass claimed in exchange for an OG Sneaker you’ll be getting 2 Mystery Boxes.
- For each NFT Pass claimed in exchange for an MG Sneakers you’ll be getting 1 Mystery Box.
- These assets are currently masterpieces-in-progress and we'll airdrop them to you as soon as they're ready. We’ll keep you posted.
- As we explained in the Fitmint 2.0 Introduction, higher the category (Challenger/Athlete/Etc.), the more premium and rare the assets that you get would be.
- In the new gameplay, Anvils & Sneaker Parts would have no utility.
